Ryan Stratis, a name familiar to everyone on American Ninja Warrior, has competed since the very first season of ANW, including seven trips to the Las Vegas National Finals. Ryan Stratis is one of only four competitors who competed on the first 11 seasons of American Ninja Warrior – with several appearances in the national finals. Skyzone is a trampoline park located in Parker, Colorado not only has various trampoline related activities but a fun Warrior Zone with numerous obstacles to try. While there I hung out with numerous fans and held a balance challenge over the foam pit as well as a warped wall class. Photo ops and merchandise was available for the duration of the event.
Ninja Warehouse is located in Salt Lake City, Utah and ran by ANW Competitor Karson Voiles. Prior to a competition later that weekend I was able to help with a clinic where I ran a station that focused on warped wall and jumping spider techniques and challenges. After the clinics were concluded a meet and greet for photo ops and merchandise sales was conducted.
KaBoom is a national nonprofit that works to end play space inequity. The Wolfpack Ninjas were invited to help kick off the festivities for a community's new obstacle themed play space. My self along side my Wolfpack friends hung out and engaged with the various participants that visited the play space that day.
Action Athletics is located in Boston, Maryland and is ran by Nate Brosey. This event started off with a meet and greet where fans lined up for photo ops and autographs. Later that evening a competition was held as a way to showcase the skills of the athletes for all those in attendance from the meet and greet. The next day a National Ninja League event was held for all age groups and I was there to provide support for the competitors as well as meet the younger fans of the show.
Ultimate Ninjas is a franchise that has several locations in the Chicago area. Over the course of 3 days I participated in multiple summer camps where I interacted and trained with hundreds of students of various ages. Each goup lasted 2 and a half hours that included multiple obstacle stations and ended with a ninja showcase. After 3 days and 8 groups of non stop action I was fairly exhausted but had an amazing time!
Austin Ninjas is located in Austin, TX and this is the second location opening for the franchise. During the grand opening event I helped provide encouragement, obstacle safety and instruction for various stations. The grand opening concluded with a very challenging course for all the spectators to watch and cheer on the ninjas
